Using Ctrl + Pause/Break will force CF to push a JVM thread dump into your log file. You should try and so at least 2 dumps while the server is under pressure. this way you can find the threads that are taking time and probably eating the resources. Once you know which of your sites pages are doing the damage you can get in to your code and find what’s making it run so slow.
