Can you work alongside my existing providers?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have existing relationships with web designers, IT support, or marketing agencies. We coordinate with them when it makes sense. The scorecard assessment will identify where those relationships are working well and where there are gaps. We are not here to replace everyone. We are here to make sure everything connects.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes. We work with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Everything we do is cloud-based and remote-first. Time zones have never been a problem. We also handle multi-jurisdiction compliance, which matters if your website has visitors from more than one country.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the tier and the size of your business. The discovery call is free, and we will recommend the right tier based on your scorecard results. We are transparent about costs. You will know exactly what is included and what is not before you commit to anything.
What happens if I stop working with SixFive?
You keep everything. Every system, every configuration, every document we have produced is yours. We build on industry-standard platforms and use clean, documented setups so that any competent provider could pick up where we left off. There is no proprietary lock-in. There are no black boxes.
Who owns the systems and data you set up?
You do. Every domain, every account, every login, every piece of data is in your name. This is what we call the Hit-by-a-Bus Standard. If SixFive disappeared tomorrow, you could walk away with everything intact. We are never the only ones with the keys.
What if I already have some of this in place?
Good. That means we are not starting from zero. The 81-point scorecard will show exactly what is already working and what still needs attention. If your email deliverability is already strong, we move straight to the next priority. You do not pay for work you do not need.
Do I have to commit to all three pillars at once?
No. Every business starts at a different point. Some need security sorted before anything else. Others have the basics covered but are losing hours to manual processes. The discovery call and scorecard assessment determine where to start, and the subscription builds from there. You do not need to do everything on day one.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on where you are starting from. Some fixes, like email deliverability or website security, show results within the first month. More structural work, like CRM setup or automation, typically takes 2 to 3 months. The scorecard assessment shows you exactly what is most urgent, so we start where it matters most.
What happens during the discovery call?
We spend 30 minutes understanding your business, your technology setup, and what is frustrating you the most right now. We will ask about your email, your website, your tools, and your team. You will walk away with a clear picture of where the biggest gaps are. There is no obligation and no sales pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
I already have a web developer and an IT person. Why would I need SixFive?
Most businesses have several vendors handling different parts of their technology, and none of them are talking to each other. Your web developer does not know what your IT person is doing. Your email provider does not know your CRM exists. SixFive connects all of it into a single, coherent system. We work alongside your existing providers when that makes sense, or we replace the ones that are causing more problems than they solve.
How is this different from hiring an IT support company?
Traditional IT support is reactive. Something breaks, you call someone, they fix it, and you get a bill. Profit Stack OS is proactive and architectural. We are not just fixing what is broken. We are building the systems that stop things breaking in the first place, and then optimising those systems so your business runs better over time. Think of us as the architects, not the plumbers.
What exactly is Profit Stack OS?
Profit Stack OS is SixFive’s signature system for managing all the technology a small business needs. It is a structured framework that covers security, email, website, CRM, automation, and team enablement, all under one subscription. Instead of hiring five different vendors for five different problems, you get a single partner who handles the full picture and works through it in the right order.
